Brett has been in the heat and air conditioning industry since 1998. He started by
learning the installation and sheetmetal fabrication ends of the trade and moved through
estimation, project manager and general manager before the opportunity to have his own
company presented itself.

Brett has been married since 1999 and has 3 daughters. He is active in his church as
well as with the Children's Hospital of Illinois and is a Morton Chamber of Commerce
Ambassador, Vice-President of the Morton Business Association and sits on the Morton
Rotary board.

The philosophy of "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is evident in all
he does with both his work and personal life.

Don has been working on the service end of heating and air conditioning since 1982. He
is extremely capable and can work on all types of systems from refrigeration to boilers.

Don has one son in school at SIU who races several different forms of cars including
NASCAR modified. He also has a daughter that loves to swim and plays on two different
basketball teams.

Dawn has been doing bookkeeping, accounting and payroll for over 25 years. She is
married with 2 children, 1 stepson and 3 grandchildren.

Dawn is an avid gardener and loves to cook and bake and also has a small antique
business she enjoys in her spare time.

She and her husband recently built a home in the country which allows her to enjoy her
passion for animals and wildlife.

Scott has been replacing furnace and air conditioners since 1987. His experience shows
in every job he does by the pride and quality he puts into every installation.

Scott also does replacement sales and takes time with every homeowner to ensure
satisfaction.

Scott is married and has two daughters and one grandson. He likes to golf and spend
time with his family every chance he can.

Kent has been in the heating and air conditioning field since 1995. He is committed to
quality and enjoys seeing excellence in his completed projects. He makes sure each job
he does reflects his perfectionist attitude and outlook.

Kent is married with 1 daughter, 3 stepsons and a stepdaughter.

He and his wife enjoy their weekend cabin on a lake. He also enjoys traveling and
working on projects at his church and around the house.

Bill has been working in heating and air conditioning since 1999. His abilities allow him
to do everything from run service and trouble shoot systems to install equipment.

Bill is married with 3 daughters.

He loves to spend his free time playing guitar in his band, softball on his church team
and enjoys astronomy at night.

Jesse is a second generation heating and cooling technician who has been doing this
since 2000. His talents also allow him to do a wide variety of jobs from service to
installation.

Jesse is married and has a golden retriever named Wrigley. Jesse loves sports and can
usually be found on a golf course on the weekends.

He and his wife like to travel and spend time with their friends.

Julie has been working in the heating and air conditioning field since 1995. She works
with project invoicing and dispatching, as well as other duties in the service department.

Julie is married with 2 children, 3 stepchildren and 1 granddaughter. She enjoys
spending her free time with her family.

Karen is new to the heating and cooling business, but brings an invaluable 25 years of
experience in the construction field. She works in the service department, handling
dispatching, and other service related duties.

Karen has two sons, five grandchildren and one cat, Dexter. She enjoys the warmer
weather, and is an avid Chicago Bulls fan.

Jennifer has been in the heating and air conditioning business since 2000. After
gaining experience working as an installer and Technician, she moved into the office
and managed commercial maintenance programs, eventually becoming a certified
indoor air quality expert.

Jennifer enjoys outdoor activities, including boating and watersports. She is very
involved in the community and enjoys spending time with friends.

Paul is an experienced Service Technician who excels in controls, electronics, and
troubleshooting.

Paul is married and has a wide variety of interests, including fixing cars and
motorcycles. He enjoys spending time with family and friends.
